  • How soon in advance do I need to order?
We are currently requesting a minimum submission of 3:00 pm the evening before pick up; however if you have a rush order, please let us know and we will do our best to work you in, (may require and additional fee.)
  • Where and when do I pickup?
Orders can be picked up from 12011 Stone Forest Drive. Depending on the size of the order, no-contact pick up from a cooler may be an option used.
  • How long will my board stay fresh?
To ensure freshness, we recommend eating your Board within 2 days. We recommend refrigerating the Board until 45 minutes prior, as bringing the cheese and meat to room temperature will allow the items to be more flavorful.
  • What temperature do I need to serve the board?
Cured meats and cheese taste best at room temperature, so we recommend setting it out for 30 minutes prior to serving. (However, just beforehand will work okay too.)
  • What if I don't like a certain cheese/nut/etc?
All orders are customizable. There is a place on the order form that allowed you to include things you do not like, plus if there are any allergies. We do our best to accommodate all requests.
  • Will my board have all the ingredients I put on my customized board?
We do our best to accommodate adding all requested items, but sometimes items are not in stock. If not many items are added to the order, CLT.Charcuterie will add items of their choice.
  • What are your boards made of?
Our Large, Small, and Mini boards are all made of palm board, and are biodegradable. The Small Party, Large Party, and Grazing boards are all made of wood and do not need to be returned.
  • Do you deliver?
Delivery is not always an option, but may be possible. The cost of delivery is $0.50 per minute - time based on Google maps from 12011 Stone Forest Drive. Must message to request delivery and confirm cost.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
Venmo Zelle Paypal (with a 4% tax) Credit Card via PayPayl (with a 4% tax) (Note: all payments are collected before preparation. If a large event, payment can be broken up.)
  • When are you open?
We do not have regular open business hours, as pickups are by appointment only. Orders can be placed and scheduled for any date/time (including holidays!)
  • What is local?
Our order form includes all of our local upgrade options. Some examples include: Queen City Crunch Pretzels - https://www.queencitycrunch.com/ Blue Goat Dairy Farm Goat Cheese - https://www.facebook.com/bluegoatdairy/ Mano Bella Taralli - https://manobellaartisanfoods.com/
  • Can I change my pick up time?
In order to ensure the quality of our ingredients, your board will be freshly prepared prior to your pickup time. If you need to make a change to your originally scheduled pickup time, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule.
  • Can I bring my own platter?
Yes! We would love to work with you on a spread for your own platter. Prices will be adjusted after receiving platter and measuring dimensions. (We need the board at least 48 hours before board pick up).
  • Do you provide utensils?
Each order will a few mini-forks and a little spoon for each spread. A honey dipper will come with orders that include honey.
  • How many people does each board serve?
This is the hardest question I get asked! This depends on so many different variables! We need to know if the board is serving as an appetizer or as a meal, as well as what time of day it will be eaten. If there will be other food at your event, this affects how many people your board will feed. We can gladly talk/message about these details to find your perfect size.
  • If none of the sizes listed are a good fit, can we do something different?
Of course! We are always willing to accommodate your requests however we can!
  • If I'm throwing a large party, such as a wedding, what is the price per person?
This depends on so many different factors. With weddings and large parties, the grazing table can be the main food served or it can just be for cocktail hour. The look you want, types of food you'd like included, how elaborate you'd like to go, all affect the overall price. Keep in mind, we are always willing to work within your budget and make sure you get the beautiful spread you desire without spending more than you want to spend!
  • Are the flowers edible?
No. Many of our flowers are not edible, so don’t eat them, just in case.
  • Do you provide pork-free, vegetarian, or vegan options?
Yes, we can make most requests work. We can have just a cheeseboard only or use vegan cheese. (We have an amazing vegan pimento cheese from Finicky Foods if given enough advanced warning to order.) We can include turkey pepperoni or vegan meat if given enough warning. There may be a surcharge depending on the order.
  • Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
We should be able to accommodate all allergies. As each order is customized, you can submit on the form both allergies and dislikes.
  • Does each order include crackers?
Each order includes a variety of crackers (ex: water crackers, whole wheat, rosemary, etc.) Additionally, you can order gluten-free crackers in addition or as a replacement. Upgraded crackers (such as rosemary raisin crackers) can be added.
